Rug Sample Availability & Sample Credits

Are rug samples available?

Yes! If a rug has a sample available, it will be listed under the “Sizes” section on the product page.

• Not all rugs have samples. If a size option is not listed, a sample is not available.
• Samples are non-returnable.

 How does the rug sample program work?

• If you later purchase the full-size rug (5x8 or larger), the sample price can be deducted from your order. One sample can be used per item of the same style and color being ordered. 
• To apply a sample credit, contact customer service when placing your full-size rug order.

 How do I get a sample credit?

If you’ve purchased a rug sample and are ready to order the full-size rug:

Contact customer service and provide your sample order number and full-size rug order details. We can assist with placing your new order if needed.

If your full-size rug order has already been placed, customer service will deduct the sample price from your existing order and confirm the updated order with you.
